😠 約定好時間做退款，結果當天到現場跟我要當初刷卡授權碼，跟我說因為帳務已寄回總公司，正常來說他們都約定好時間也是可以提前做查詢的，要我下次再過來退刷，但本身已經跟我公司請假，沒有另外的平日時間可以過來
然後又說可以退現金但要額外手續費，這我都還能接受，但最讓人不開心是另一個服務員態度很差，給我信用卡機...
