此次在竹北吃非常失望，餐點等超過40分以上，雖然有說明那天是颱風天假人手不不足.點的Pizza蝦仁是溫的，賣相也不佳，我就說西班牙燉飯是溫的 海鮮也是溫的，很像是事先調理好加上去而已，海鮮拼盤的小卷也非常小隻，希望能夠改善.

跟我說餐點要等20分鐘左右，我等了快一小時還沒好。
去詢問，看似我的餐點根本還沒做。等餐過程，櫃檯一直在聊天完全忽視自己的份內工作。重點是店內根本沒什麼人。能漏看訂單代表很認真在聊天。真是幸福企業，員工可以來聊天賺錢錢。
