😐 2024/02/24用餐，整體而言並沒有很推薦，食材用的很多元但太過發散，味道搭配起來並沒有加乘的效果反而有點失去主軸，有些冷熱的搭配讓人有點匪夷所思，不是不能冷熱搭但應該要吃起來更驚艷更融合而非吃兩種溫度的食物在嘴裡。
是竹北少數fine dining的餐廳，但跟台北的比起來還差蠻大一截。
