😠 於5/4號透過官網預約6/2 13:30的體驗，前一日6/1也收到簡訊及email 通知隔日有預約，跟朋友在6/2當天13:30抵達現場發現一片漆黑，電鈴及電話也都沒有回應
而後至14點也沒有收到電話之類的提醒，想請問是發生了什麼事情，讓朋友這樣一起白跑一趟很不好意思，也沒有事前或事後通知預約的客人，這樣子的感受很不佳
至6/12依然...
