👍👍 上教練課已滿一年，健身房的櫃檯、教練人都很好，看到你有問題也會來關心，介紹也很詳細。
從毫無運動習慣開始上課，Rein教練很用心帶領，不管是課程規劃、內容討論甚至是飲食跟身體狀況都會給予建議，平常自我訓練有問題也可以提問。
課程費用相對其他家，個人覺得CP值很高，教練都很專業，不用擔心師資的問題。

😠 態度非常高傲的員工！
跟我說我跟朋友之間一起練像是黑私教會造成場館困擾，我請館方拿出監視器，告訴我什麼行為被視為是黑私教，結果他就跟我說：「他們認為只要有指導都算是教學」
還跟我說教自己的家人跟老婆也算是教學，有人還會因此而付教學的場地費。
有人教自己的家人還會因此付教練的場地費？？就算有也不會是多...
