也感到遺憾，若家長當下能以自己留言內容理性討論 ，而非直接到櫃檯大聲怒罵治療師沒有師資、有問題等等情緒性字眼（以上行為皆有監視器為證），更不顧課堂中其他小孩正在上課，直接帶回自己小孩，此事件或許能有更圓滿的結果。
