😠 We could not attend the hotel as our countries boarders closed and was forced to cancel our accommodation. Hotel refused to offer a refund where as every other accommodation booked were able to offer a full refund and was understanding of the situation!!!

🫤 It's dirty and the bath is warm, so I don't want to soak in it.
I use it quite a lot, so even though the store clerk knows me, I was charged an extension fee just after 3 minutes.
It used to be 1,000 yen for 90 minutes, but now it's 1,000 yen for 60 minutes.

🫤 駅近で便利な立地でしたが、サービス･部屋の設備や広さ的に料金が高いかなと感じました。
また部屋の防音性がかなり低く、夜中でも網戸のように外の騒音が聞こえてきてなかなか寝ることができませんでした。
