👍 I ordered chilled tanuki soba and grilled miso.
The grilled miso has a nice fragrant aroma the moment it comes.
It is surprisingly soft with miso on the rice scoop. It has umami and is not too thick, but it is a little salty because it is for sake. It's miso and it can't be helped.
