今天讓伊森老師的巧手調整後，才知道自己的身體有多緊繃，後面透過訓練也瞭解到正確呼吸及發力的重要性！
總結來說是一個很棒的體驗！

👍👍 我是腰椎椎間盤突出相當嚴重而且非常大顆，症狀腳痲酸，而且沒辦法久坐，晚上只能吃止痛藥入睡，大概2小時後就會醒過來。也看過了5位神經外科醫生都說要開刀。

因為網路的三個字，才知道有"物理治療"，但礙於不便宜，只可遠觀。
但遇到生平第一次車禍，到大醫院做檢查，挫傷沒骨折，但右前胸、腰、髋骨持續嚴重酸痛，所以上網查桃園評價好 + 價格較便宜的物理治療所。
價格：1小時1500、半小時800
因為自費健保不給付，所以感覺貴，但...
