😠 人員素質差到傻眼尤其是主管階級，去面試一問三不知，問月薪竟然跟我說不知道，到底誰是面試者啊？？？？一直趕人離開說直接去案場看看，連待遇都沒說到底要我去看三小= =
一個頭髮捲捲衣衫不整看起來很不體面的男主管，一看名牌是主管超傻眼這種素質也能當主管…….看來是猴子山聚集地

😠 【缺點】租金昂貴，每個月加收管理費卻管理不佳，事實上設一個AI機器人還比較有用。警衛和管家九點上班，六點就下班了，管家還週休二日、國定假日也休，警衛平時也沒在巡視大樓，管家很多事一推二五六、愛理不理的，大樓常無故晚上停水，若有緊急事件也沒有值班人員可以處理。
