🫤 我是嫁到外地的女兒，因貴診所網路評價很高，於是推薦娘家媽媽到貴診所看診，媽媽抽完神經之後牙齒痛到不能吃東西及影響正常生活，但下次看診已經約到一個月之後，期間媽媽致電至貴診所表明牙齒很痛，能不能拜託讓他掛號，但櫃檯助理人員直接告訴媽媽⋯如果你很痛就先到別家去看診。

😠 之前在貴診所做過牙周病治療也做了一顆植牙，曾經介紹家人過去治療。
因為治療過程反覆疼痛，我牙齒不佳醫生也只有拔牙選擇，所以我決定換一家診所治療。
最後一次門診，詢問櫃台人員
是否可以帶走我的病例，想說帶病例去其他診所，不浪費醫療資源。櫃檯小姐回覆我不行，告知我醫生說病例是不可以外帶的。
