😠 真心覺得以後要送禮物的要小心！一定要當下聽好sales的話術，不要被騙了！擦拭布是要錢的，卻故意在結完帳才說「這個送你」明顯整個SOP有錯，也沒有做到跟客人再次確認是否加購，最後投訴他們才說當初服務人員說「要不要送擦拭布給對方」，如果你好好的問需不需要加購也許會買，但這個說法非常含糊，硬塞的太誇張，然後請她...
