😠 老舊大樓,全棟住戶近200戶,出入複雜,停車困難,很常拖吊,一整年都有人在施工,租客要三思,上個月已整修一個月,嘈了好幾天,這個月竟然又重新施工,尼瑪的,一個小套房是要整修多久啦！一樓有垃圾桶不丟,就是有沒水準的住戶,把垃圾放門口2天!耳罩耳塞是住這的必備品!!

👍👍 四十年左右住商混合大樓 算還可以 但是有些住戶會關點燈省電費 讓走到顯得非常陰暗 如果住戶抽菸味道也會非常明顯
