今天讓伊森老師的巧手調整後，才知道自己的身體有多緊繃，後面透過訓練也瞭解到正確呼吸及發力的重要性！
總結來說是一個很棒的體驗！

👍👍 我是腰椎椎間盤突出相當嚴重而且非常大顆，症狀腳痲酸，而且沒辦法久坐，晚上只能吃止痛藥入睡，大概2小時後就會醒過來。也看過了5位神經外科醫生都說要開刀。
