雖然無蛋、動物奶、五辛，不過調味、湯頭都很到位，價位也適中。
尤其是拉麵湯頭，非常的有層次，平衡感也很好。
小菜的豆皮調味也很厲害。
店內雖然小小的，不過環境佈置都很用心。
整體來說，是非常愉快的用餐經驗。
唯一的小問題是拉麵的麵體偏軟，比較不像拉麵的Q彈麵體，有點點可惜。

😠 現在一個禮拜回來運動一次，感覺越來越失望了，不能夠使用綠色草坪的器材，即便沒人使用，想當初剛開幕第三天剛加入並且到之前都可以使用，或許是買課程的人變多，就變得不太重視一般會員了吧~ 而且會費漲到2000出了吧? 膨脹的是很快.
普通區能夠使用的器材種類依然沒有更新，重複的倒是蠻多的.竹東人中高齡者居多，想主攻...

空間不大，但三月在室外感受風跟太陽很舒服
鹹派必點，人生中沒吃過好吃的鹹派
這次吃到的是鬆軟餅皮，調味的乳香起士味很重
咖喱飯也很好吃，還有放一些堅果碎增加口感
主餐附的菜類量超多！
生菜彩椒都很好吃！
