醃的很入味，同時可以吃到魚的鮮甜，也吃的到老闆用心調的醬汁，大推！
不過如果害怕海鮮腥味的話，可能要三思。

😐 2024/02/24用餐，整體而言並沒有很推薦，食材用的很多元但太過發散，味道搭配起來並沒有加乘的效果反而有點失去主軸，有些冷熱的搭配讓人有點匪夷所思，不是不能冷熱搭但應該要吃起來更驚艷更融合而非吃兩種溫度的食物在嘴裡。
是竹北少數fine dining的餐廳，但跟台北的比起來還差蠻大一截。

👍👍 主廚與師傅們都很細心的介紹每道料理，一道一道看上去簡單卻實則不然的料理，複雜可以體現在師傅們的構思、製作、調味或對食材的理解等層面，食材新鮮做工細膩，主廚的招牌鰻魚，皮酥脆肉質柔嫩，卻鮮甜好吃，很喜歡這種回到食物最重要的本質。
真的好吃！值得推薦！

👍 We loved the course meal here. And staffs were very friendly. We have received a complimentary dessert for my b-day and they took a photo of us and gave us as gift too.

👍 在疫情稍微趨緩後，來這邊用餐，每桌都有做到確實的梅花座，還有透明隔板，基本上用餐環境上我覺得還滿安心的。
餐點是單一價格的套餐，除非有點到加點的選項，否則都是統一價格，若有招待朋友的話是很不錯的訂價策略。
