👍👍 Excellent customer services! Staff was super responsive. Location is central. Room size is more Japanese size. True to the pics. The room I stayed had a nice balcony, unfortunately it wasn't accessible due to COVID restrictions. Otherwise it felt like I was on a cruise 😁
