😠 公設一流，但房子格局不好，A棟曬不到太陽四季潮濕，天花板過低住起來有壓迫感，隔音也非常差，樓上開門走動的聲音一清二楚，電梯聲音在屋內也聽的很清楚，停車場下雨天會漏水，且出口方位非常不好，一出停車場就塞車，好險我只是租客。。。
