😠 感覺拿完錢就不想負責修繕問題，因為怕有誤會所以在裝潢前就送出許多張修繕單，想趕在裝潢前完成修繕，但不管送出多少張修繕單都無果，遲遲不肯修繕…讓人覺得故意拖到裝潢後才處理，再來怪說要釐清是否為裝潢所傷，建商來電的小姐態度也很差..！ 後面還換一批跟當初買房不同的代銷人員更是誇張，在驗屋時兇到不行，讓人感覺...
