光是Cable機就有八台以上，練背神器也有8台左右，各種機械式器材大部分都一次有兩台，晚上熱門時段才需要排一下下，但跟一般連鎖健身房比起來大部分時間不用在那邊等人滑手機慢慢做等半天！...

👍👍 昨天經過全聯要買晚餐的時候身上零錢剛好帶不夠，在門口遇到一位腿超級長的姊姊很親切的說要幫我付錢，一開始以為是詐騙要騙我的肉體，後來她跟我介紹了運動的好處、還帶我參觀健身房的環境並且鼓勵我開始運動，重拾我年輕時的慾望與衝動，於是馬上回家拿錢包報名，並且還給Macy姊姊借我的晚餐錢🙏

👍👍 I've been working out here for a little over a week now. It's exactly what you need. Not too big, but all the machines you could want. The music isn't too loud and no one ever bothers you. The mornings aren't very busy, so you can workout in the morning and rarely need to wait for a turn on machines...
