😠 公設一流，但房子格局不好，A棟曬不到太陽四季潮濕，天花板過低住起來有壓迫感，隔音也非常差，樓上開門走動的聲音一清二楚，電梯聲音在屋內也聽的很清楚，停車場下雨天會漏水，且出口方位非常不好，一出停車場就塞車，好險我只是租客。。。

👍👍 agoda訂房，暑假禮拜六房價約2500。地下室停車場大，check-in時小姐還會帶你進入房間解說用途，之後會有人送迎賓水果拼盤到房間。房內浴室還有蒸氣設備，客房整個很新且乾淨明亮，光著腳走地板完全沒有灰塵。隔天早餐豐盛到很像自助式晚餐這樣，在暑假假日這樣的CP值非常高。值得推薦，下次還會選擇入住~

😠 明明入住者一半是租屋族的社區，但卻是對租屋的人很不友善的一個社區，搬家限制時段，一定要幾點前搬完，一天只能一戶搬家、還要提前一個禮拜申請，重點是搬家經過的路都要撲墊子，連只是手推車也需要，明明已經有裝保護裝置的電梯也要在包起來保護，再收個幾百塊清淨費...我就不信平常住戶拉手推車會撲墊子！
有想搬進來的...
