為了身體健康為了體態 只好逼迫自己來上課
這裡的教練有耐心 會照我們的需求安排訓練計畫
再加上超可愛coco的監督下 讓運動不再是很痛苦的事情
雖然也沒到非常期待上課（因為真的很累吼）
但⋯也不會排斥運動就是最大的突破了哈哈
