健身房位子很好找,一進巷口就可以看到
除了一樓的區域以外還有二樓的空間
二樓非常的寬敞,運動起來很舒適
各式的器材以及自由重量跟有氧區都有

👍👍 已經上完一期(32堂),來上課的動力是強迫自己每週都要動一動,尤其20-30歲,肌肉量每10年下降5-15%,30歲開始肌力下降,每年骨質流失1%,所以想透過每週肌力訓練來維持肌肉肌力以及希望能避免骨質疏鬆。
PS: 幾年前骨質酥鬆是負的,上週去醫院量測竟然回到+1,尤其我沒有認真補鈣。看來重訓可以改善骨質疏鬆是真的。
