老闆說成色不好直接損耗扣15%，第一次換新金還以為這樣正常，男友在旁邊用手機上網一查發現扣的有點太多了，反應覺得超過一般損耗標準，老闆還大聲說你這個去別家店沒有人要收啦（那你為什麼要收？）
去竹北詢問了兩家金店，一家損耗扣4%，一家說不扣損耗讓我金子換同重量，還稱讚我金子不錯
