😠 Poor Customer service. Today went to Dalugama branch for a 4 yr old boys hair-cut and the person who cut the hair was not friendly at all. He was tightly hold the kid's neck which makes the kid uncomfortable and when the kid shake his head, he was consistently saying 'shik'.

😠 Worst place ever. Another place who takes advantage of the current situation. To wash the hair they charge separately rs. 800 owner is in a major hurry to finish the job: she cuts the hair less than five min and vanishes. They charged the 3% surcharge to me and no one said I will have bare that.
