👍👍 I used to live here last year before I moved. My building unit is just beside BTS's. If you're a residence here, it's normal to see Jungkook and RM jogging around the complex. Don't worry about the stalkers guys, the security here is no joke.

1.시설이 깔끔하고 서비스가 좋다(물건이 없어지거나 사고가 났을경우 즉각 처리해준다.)
2.아이들이 놀기에도 최적화 되어있다.(각종 안전한 놀이시설및 공간이 잘 마련됨)
3.인근에 가까운 학교가 있어 자녀들의 등교가 편하다(성남정자초,백현중,늘푸른고)
