😠 숙박업소 이용중에 이렇게 불친절하고 개념없는 주인장은 처음봅니다. 아는 사람이 어플로 5시간전에 방을 예약했는데 주인장이 방 없다고 난리를 쳤다더군요. 객실 내 담배냄새는 기본이구요, 카운터 직원이 손님 행동 하나하나 간섭 하는데요 손님은 예약시간에 맞춰 들어가고 퇴실시간 전에 나오기만 하면 되는거지...
