😠 Very basic hotel. No room service. Faulty electricity. A/Cs were not working. Unprofessional staff. Restaurant was barely running. No hot water. Awful experience. Hotel management needs to be overhauled. Go there only if there is absolutely no other choice.

👍 I think the hotel staff could be a little more friendly and if we're paying 25k for a night, a small toothbrush and paste can be provided. There was also the issue of water dripping on me from the roof, hopefully these things can be looked into. Overall Not a bad experience
