This is a 1.5 review but there are no half marks and I can say "HATE" is such a strong word but this place isn't the standard, quality, value I expected as promoted and as they charge.

The estate itself is a very good looking serene estate... Beautifully tarred roads and excellent drainage systems. Nope, I don't live here but I am truly impressed.
