😠 . As at October 2022, I battled rats, flies and bedbugs inside a room in the hotel. I also heard other colleagues complaining about the same thing. The doors keys need to be changed, windows also need urgent fixing because flies and rodents gain entrance to rooms through them. You can't close them....
