😠 Had the worst experience ever..Spent a night with my kids and we slept in heat. There was no light and the generator was not put on. No explanation from management. They only put on the generator at about 5.30am. I feel my money wasted because we could not get a good night's sleep. Very poor service...

I still don't know the system of accessing this beautiful facility.
