👍 I’ve been to this experience centre at Allen to retrieve my lost line about two times.
The second time was tiring because I stayed longer than I had planned, they always have slow network issues and face-squeezing ladies here. The guys are more accommodating.

😠 I will advise to not buy phone from this store. They sold a refurbished phone to me as new and when it developed a fault barely a month, they refused to take responsibility, the funny part was that after complaining to them via phone, my number was blocked!... E shock me o. Please beware.
