😠 Ik was bij 3 andere filialen voor een geluidsisolerende wand en die werden daar keurig op maat gezaagd zonder problemen. Maar in dit filiaal doen ze dat niet. Je zou toch verwachten dat de hele Gamma keten 1 uniform beleid heeft? Erg bijzonder, maar wel de laatste keer dat ik dit filiaal bezoek.

😠 Zal mijn best doen om Gamma te vermijden om deze reden:
Iets teruggebracht en iets nieuws gekocht. Vergeten (in de haast) om retourbonnetje in te wisselen. En, dat is maar 1 dag geldig dus weg geld. Is dit de Gamma-service ??? Hopelijk vinden meer mensen dit niet ok en een betere zaak zoeken.

🫤 Ik heb bij Gamma een mooie vloer gekocht afgelopen maand, deze was voor de helft afgeprijsd in de filialen Alkmaar en Heerhugowaard. Echter miste ik nog 2 pakketjes, deze ging ik maar halen in Hoorn zodat ik m’n hele vloer kon leggen zonder enige risico dat ik het niet zou redden wegens snijverlies....
