😠 Wat een goede service levert dit bedrijf. Ik kreeg een incompleet pakketje toegestuurd en reageerde direct naar de klantenservice. De volgende dag werd er al een nieuw pakketje bezorgd. Echt fantastisch!!!

👍👍 The only place to buy Platinum Dog Food (The BEST dog food) in The Hague... but even if it wasn’t, I would still shop there. They know my dog by name and are very friendly every time I visit. You can tell that they love what they do and they care about your animal too. Five stars is just not enough...

😠 My rabbit died here at the rodent hotel service. The rabbit was sick for a few days, but no medical care was provided even if they had a vet in the house. Furthermore, I was called once the animal died, not when the animal started to show signs of getting sickness. RIP my little bunny 😔
