😠 Terrible shop, the treatment was bad on arrival. The gentleman snapped at me every time. While I was there with my son to buy an aquarium and fish. I left and I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone !!

👍👍 The only place to buy Platinum Dog Food (The BEST dog food) in The Hague... but even if it wasn’t, I would still shop there. They know my dog by name and are very friendly every time I visit. You can tell that they love what they do and they care about your animal too. Five stars is just not enough...

😠 Terrible UPS item! Package was kept above a heater! Box was very hot, when I got home the contents were even warm! When leaving the store, already indicated that this was not neat, the owner replies: 'It is also not neat if I get cold!' What an attitude.. she didn't care that there was electronics...
