The employees at the return literally opened the container in front of my eyes, claiming that I opened it therefore couldn't return it.

👍 if you are struggling to find craft stores in centrum, this is definitely a haven when it comes to arts and crafts supplies. it's a bit expensive but you pay for quality at this place. i bought some embroidery supplies for my friend's birthday and they were very content with it :D
