🫤 De trainingen (personal training en groepstrainingen) zijn super. Voedingsadviezen, -schema’s en coaching zijn ondermaats tot slecht. Er staat informatie in het begeleidend boek waarvan al lang wetenschappelijk bewezen is dat het niet klopt. De 255 euro per maand niet waard.

👍👍 I have the opoopportun of training at SMC during my exchange. The make me feel like home.
The training is pretty intense. U will notice that the trainers teach boxing cause they r passionate about it.
Don't be shy to try boxing!
If u don't have gloves they ll lent u ones. U just need to be willing...

🫤 Erg prijzig, bad vrij klein waardoor moeite kan zijn met overstappen afzwemmen in een groot bad. Personeel vrij enthousiast, maar dochter kon zwemmen in juli, mocht pas in februari afzwemmen omdat ze de techniek niet een heel baantje in een groot bad kon volhouden...
