👍👍 We had such a good time at the Surfschool in Katwijk. We celebrated my friends bachelorette party and booked a Surf Lesson with Case. He is a very good instructor, explained the basics of surfing until we were able to stand on the board! Amazing!

👍👍 Gisteren voor het eerst bezocht. Hij heeft genoten. En dat in t hoogseizoen. Honden liepen er zelfs los. Wat ik met die van mij nog niet durfde. Die gaat gerust te ver de zee in. Maar de tien meter lijn gaf m voldoende vrijheid om volop te genieten als nog.
Het was zn eerste keer aan zee.

👍 Observation deck with pretty nice views of the dunes. There's a small bunker but it does not have an entrance and it's filled up with rubble and gravel. You have to walk up a sand trail with occasional steps to get here so not accessible by wheelchair. This is a very nice area to go for a walk.

👍👍 After a long walk along the sea and back through the dunes, we really were lucky to rest at Westpunt for drinks and dinner. Service was super fast and friendly. All the food was fresh, very tasteful and generous by size. -If we come back to Katwijk we definitely will return there again.

👍👍 Landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, relativ wenig Touristen. Hier endet der Oude Rhijn bzw. der Uitwateringskanaal. Sehr sehenswert, am besten mit dem Fahrrad besuchen.
