😠 Huur hier nooit alleen maar ellende we zitten al 2 weken zo en er word niks aan gedaan alles is nat de vloer vensterbank er komt schimmel bij als het hard regent komt het dwars overal door heen !!

😠 Terrible and borderline unethical. Overpriced small studio apartments and a owner that keeps finding (potentially fraudulent) ways to charge more and more. A prime example of exploiting the terrible housing market for profit.
The owners have already lost a lawsuit for their practices with a number...

😠 Could be nice but there's too much inconsiderate trash playing music at night, drilling, leaving dog feces in the elevators, vandalizing the common areas and so on.
