I reported this incident and left a 1-star review. The owner then called me begging me to remove the review without wanting to give me my money back. All of this being done while saying that he wants his customers...

It can be very busy so you have to wait a long time for your food, make sure you are not in a hurry then that is no problem. A long wait has a reason, and in this case it is positive!
