🫤 When I checked out they charged me for not cleaning the windows from the outside. Totally unacceptable in a country that is raining every 2 days. The windows were like that when I moved in.

🫤 Flats are big and spacious. But surrounding and management is awful. Almost every day bikes are stolen, even from underground garage. Packages are stolen or opened inside the hall.
No actions are taken to prevent this from the company.

😠 Terrible and borderline unethical. Overpriced small studio apartments and a owner that keeps finding (potentially fraudulent) ways to charge more and more. A prime example of exploiting the terrible housing market for profit.
The owners have already lost a lawsuit for their practices with a number...

They increase both rental and service costs every year, but they can't even fix a heating issue in the apartment for almost 2 years: no response to service tickets or calls. Extremely unprofessional.
