😠 This place is disgusting in several ways. The managers seem incredibly rude in the way they talks about the employees (in public for all the guests to hear!). He actually made an employee cry in front of the customers! Apart from this, the bagel I ordered looked really as if it was made too quickly...

😠 Terrible service at this location! Don’t expect anyone greeting at you when you come in. Also, extremely slow staff (waited 30 minutes for a coffee, ridiculous!) Even the bagel (which you expect should be fine, it is the name of the place) it was very dry and tasteless, seemed that was from the day...
