😠 Very poor customer service. They should be embarased. I have a US membersip. After waiting in line at the register for 20 minutes. The cashier said she needed a special code. Instead of getting it (like they do anywhere in Mexico). She forced me to pick up ally stuff and go to customer service line...

😠 The place is dirty and the kitchen smells funny. The guy at the door has some attitude and even decide who gets in or not w/o reason. The place is not that fancy for that kind of "security".
There are better places to visit, this one is not worthy at all.

🫤 El lugar es bonito, como se ve en las fotos, pero cuando fui no había electricidad, las bombas de filtrado de las albercas no estaban funcionando, no había agua en los sanitarios y regaderas, el costo de 100 pesos por persona lo considero excesivo. Solo permitian estar en una alberca.
