👍👍 BEST beach on the island! We rented an umbrella and chairs near the piers for only $10! Also includes drinks and food service. Beautiful water and perfect sand. We also went to Norte but Centro is much better! Also, DJ playing "dance party" songs is right behind you if you are near the dock area. We...

👍👍 The beach is beautiful, and a calm płace. My favourite thing is that usually is not overcrowded. There are a couple of beach clubs, but not too many. If you’re looking for a party place go somewhere else. It’s more of a natural place. The sand is clear. If you’re afraid of water plants invasion - th...

😠 Riviera Maya, we have a problem! Or should I better say: capitalism? We must change the way we treat Nature now! My little ones and me picked up plastic from the beach everyday, sometimes for one hour. If many help, it would make a difference. If we teach our children, change might happen.

Playa del Carmen
Beach
👍 Place is nice, but overcrowded and we were not lucky - week was full of sargasso seaweed in the sea and beach. That is why sea looked brown not blue. Central public beach is not the best, better walk or drive to the right or left, for example Playacar or Punta Esmeralda beaches.

👍 One of the two places that they allow dogs to go swimming in the beach. But unfortunately it's also one of the dirtiest beaches. If your lucky you will get a crystal clear water view but it's rare. But it is a fun place for your dog to get wet and have a good time.
