The lady had just finished with one client and I was next she didn’t even bother to clean up the mess when she started working on my hands I asked if she could clean up use a clean towel and she said no so I walked out. Super rude and nasty. Stay away from this place.

They started by only bleaching the crown of my head, before I realized they weren't just doing it in parts. when they realized, they left the bleach on and bleached the rest, for about an hour in total, turning me a complete straw blond, even though I wanted a DARK purple....
