Then they act like they can't hear me until I said an insult and all of a sudden they were able to hear me. 👍👍 We broke down and Karen C. helped us get a tow truck to Rosarito. We are not fluent in spanish so she had to make multiple calls to acheive this and helped other customers at the same time. I couldnt be more thankful to Karen and the rest of the team at this auto zone!!!!!
