👍 Pretty good bar. As there’s not so many options in Pakbeng, this is a good place to cool down after a long trip on the slow boat. You should be welcomed with a free shot by a really friendly lady. 😠 Overpriced!!! I was charged for a drink the highest price I've ever paid in Lao but trust me, it was NOT worth it.

😐 I have never before in my life had a crab come out of the drain in the hotel bathroom. As a giant huntsman stalked the walls above it. Amazing. See video. Spectacular. Had the crab not been living in a drain, I'd have taken him downstairs for tempura.
