😠 対応が酷い。故障時においての店員の対応で被害が更に拡大。知識が無い客に対する適切な対処ができておらず高額な商品で保証期間で有るにも関わらずただのゴミと化したパソコンが非常に残念でならない。2度と使わない。

😠 お値引き交渉の際に価格.comを見せてヤマダやケーズデンキの価格を見せたのだが対応できませんと言われた。 その後ヤマダデンキに行って同じ方法でお値引き交渉したら快く引き受けて頂いてさらにお気持ち程度ではありますがさらにお値引もして頂きました。 ヤマダデンキさんを見習って少し柔軟に対応して欲しかったです。
