とても横柄で2度と来店したくない。
会社に問い合わせしたが何も返信もない。
また、金の買取手数料は10%以上取られるので、近くの買取店に行った方がおすすめです。

😠 This place has very poor customer service. Went there to retrieve money that was sent from the states. I brought passport, U.S state I.D, Japanese My number card and my residence card (top right Is a little unreadable)
