😠 2階にある馬の景品が入ったミニクレをやりましたが、アームは極弱。掴んでは持ち上げることもなくするーん。たまーに持ち上げても運ぶことはせずそのまま落下。
店員さんいわく、落ちる角度を予想してとるんですよ。

👍👍 We went here twice during our stay in Japan. My son was bummed that he couldn’t get a certain animal he was trying so hard to get. A staff member saw that he was struggling and moved it for him so he could get it a little easier. He missed the first time but tried again and got it. He was so happy....

😠 One of their female clerk attitude was very rude.
I won a prize from their crane machine but i still had a few more tries in it.
When i reach out to her to refill the prize she stared at me and asked very rudely where did i get the prize that was in my hand from as if i stole it from somewhere.

🫤 quite a number of claw machines available and are very up-to-date with the latest release. easy to know which's the most popular character in japan. but the claw was set very loose, it barely holds anything. never able to get.

😠 賞品を落とした時はいいが ５００円払って何も落ちなかった時は なんかしらの景品をあげるべきだと思います しかも 子供も沢山やっているに 大人と違って落とせないのは一目瞭然 可哀想すぎです 子供だけでも何か景品を！
